A memorial concert called the I'm Fine Thank You Rise & EunB Memorial Concert was held on August 22nd, 2015 at the Shinagawa Stellar Ball, a music venue within the Shinagawa Prince Hotel in Tokyo, Japan.[1] It was dedicated to EunB and Rise, who passed away a year before. The concert was held in Japan to honor Rise's dream of one day performing in her home country.
The concert was performed by LADIES' CODE and Polaris artists Kim Bum Soo, IVY, Rumble Fish, Sun Woo, Han Heejun, and Yang Donggeun (YDG). They performed various song covers dedicated to EunB and Rise.[2]
Two new songs were premiered at the end of the concert; a cover of "I'm Fine Thank You" by the Polaris artists and Sojung[3], and "I'll Smile Even if it Hurts" by LADIES' CODE.[4] The studio versions of these songs were released on September 3rd and September 7th, respectively, the one year anniversaries of EunB and Rise's deaths. The proceeds of the songs were to be donated to charity.[5]

- At the concert, Ashley, Sojung, and Zuny wore outfits from the So Wonderful era. At the end of the "I'm Fine Thank You" cover music video, illustrations of EunB and Rise, with angel wings and wearing their matching outfits, are displayed.[6]
